Made with just flour, water and salt, our Artisan Sourdough Boule is slowly fermented for deep flavour and natural texture. Each loaf is hand-scored and baked to a golden, blistered crust with a tender, open crumb and a mild sourdough tang. Simple, rustic and full of character.
